Our Community Service Centre based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire is currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our small, friendly team.

Some flexibility to cover weekend shifts is required.

NRS Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of Community Equipment Services, delivering end-to-end services in equipment provision and recycling within the healthcare sector.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to help us improve people’s quality of life and independence. Our services enable people to remain in their homes, reducing hospital stays and supporting frontline NHS care.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our service’s success. Your responsibilities include picking and loading equipment, repairing equipment, liaising with Driver Technicians, and managing all goods in and out of the warehouse.

You will also ensure health and safety standards are met by maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment and equipment. Full training will be provided, including training on our inventory management system and the use of a hand-held scanner.

Our Service Centre is based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, but we serve equipment across the county and surrounding areas.

Most importantly, you should possess the care and compassion necessary to ensure our service runs smoothly, providing our service users with a reliable and easy experience.
