Kinaxia Logistics is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our Roudham site. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive business where safety, teamwork, and customer service are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Warehouse Operative you will pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch, use handheld scanners, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse. This role offers 40 hours per week, weekly pay at £12.71 per hour, and benefits including life assurance,

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
• Experience using stock management systems
• FLT Licence (Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA) is desirable
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time to deliver a first-class service.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items to minimise customer complaints.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on manual handling equipment and warehouse work areas.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and regulations to reduce risks and accidents.
• Support other departments when required to ensure smooth operations.
• Use handheld scanning equipment to process stock and orders efficiently.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, sorted, and prepared for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
