Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Returns Warehouse Operative for a role with a key client at the Brackmills Industrial Estate in Northampton. You will process customer returns, check items, update systems, and repack as needed in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role offers a fixed shift pattern, full-time hours, and hourly pay between £13.73 and £14.24 depending on progress, with overtime after standard hours.

• Very good computer skills
• Quality checking would be key for this role

Position: Returns Warehouse Operative

Full Time Shift: #removed# / Monday to Friday (Fixed Shifts)

Salary: £13.73 - £14.24 p/h £14.24 pay after 5 weeks of work with us !!

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable and experienced Returns Department Operatives to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role will involve processing customer returns within a modern warehouse environment, including checking returned items, assessing condition, updating systems accurately, repacking products where required and ensuring all returns are handled efficiently and to a high standard for our clients.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within returns, goods-in roles
• Experience warehouse administration (optional )
• Very good computer skills
