Job summary

JDR is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a large manufacturing site in Barnstaple. Immediate start, permanent role, and long-term work. You will be part of a friendly team and benefit from on-site facilities.

Typical duties include picking, loading/unloading, machine cleaning, and packing. Some time may be spent on polishing or other auxiliary tasks after training. Must be able to travel to Barnstaple and work up to 8 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment.
• Able to work up to 8 hours per shift and commit to immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Picking items for orders and packing them for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading goods within a manufacturing site.
• Operating an auto washing/cleaning machine when required.
• Polishing and other auxiliary tasks as trained.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our reputable client in the Barnstaple area on a permanent basis, beginning immediately!

Immediate start

Previous experience needed

Shift: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm (37.5 hours per week)

JDR is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in a large manufacturing site in Barnstaple.

As a Production Operative you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties will be as follows:

• Picking
• Loading/Unloading
• Auto washing/cleaning machine
• Packing
• Must be highly skilled so you can also be trained on some other auxiliary jobs in the area like polishing, lapping.

About you: As a Warehouse Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Start immediately and are looking for long term work
• Previous experience needed within similar environment
• Able to work up to 8 hours per shift
• You will be able to travel to Barnstaple
• Previous background working within a warehouse environment
