The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting Warehouse Operatives, Picker Packers and Warehouse Assistants for an established distribution centre in North Shields. This full-time, temporary ongoing role offers immediate starts, regular hours and weekly pay, with shifts on a weekly rotation.

Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer - Immediate Starts Available

The Best Connection are currently recruiting

Warehouse Operatives, Picker Packers, and Warehouse Assistants for an established distribution centre in

North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking

full-time warehouse work,

temporary ongoing employment, or a chance to gain experience within a busy logistics and distribution environment.

With immediate starts available and regular work through the busy Christmas period, this role is ideal for reliable individuals looking for consistent hours and weekly pay.

Warehouse Operative Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking customer orders accurately using pick lists
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Preparing stock and orders for delivery
• Loading and unloading goods where required
• Carrying out general warehouse and distribution tasks
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Shift Pattern

Weekly rotating shifts

Days: 06:30am - 14:30pm

Back Shift: 14:30pm - 10:30pm

Candidates must be flexible to work both shifts on a rotational basis

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, logistics, or distribution experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• A positive and reliable attitude
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Physical fitness for manual handling and standing for extended periods
