Regional Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a Milton Keynes-based team. The role offers £12.92 per hour on a temp–perm basis, with overtime available and progression opportunities within a growing distributor operation.

You will handle loading/unloading, stock organization, and dispatch preparation while adhering to health and safety guidelines, working as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Good attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime or weekends when required.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling techniques.
• Checking incoming goods against delivery notes and reporting damages.
• Sorting, organising and storing stock in correct locations.
• Operating pallet trucks, pump trucks, and trained forklifts.
• Preparing goods for dispatch including labeling and wrapping.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory checks.
• Following health and safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Meeting daily productivity targets as part of a team.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required by supervisors.

Roles & Responsibilities
