Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking a warehouse operative to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will handle stock, pick customer orders, and support safe, accurate processes.

You will work with colleagues to maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service, including stock checks, forklift operation, and training of less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure when required.
• Able to complete paperwork and count stock items accurately.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software.
• Good understanding of health and safety and site security.
• Forklift licence or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and locate incoming stock.
• Pick and palletise customer orders following procedures.
• Dispatch orders in line with standards.
• Assist with regular and spot stock takes.
• Operate forklift trucks as required.
• Conduct daily safety checks and follow warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
• Ensure safety and quality systems are followed and raise concerns.
• Dispose of packaging waste responsibly and recycle when possible.
• Support and train less experienced colleagues.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
