Job summary

Great Bear Milton Keynes is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a permanent, full-time basis with a Sunday to Thursday night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. The role focuses on picking stock, loading pallets with MHE, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

Applicants should have PPT experience and be able to operate MHE, with good verbal and numerical reasoning and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum PPT experience essential for the role.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
• Operate all MHE required to deliver current and future needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Report damages following warehouse procedures.
• Check and operate MHE equipment in line with safety guidelines.

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives to join us at Great Bear Milton Keynes on a permanent and full time basis. Shift: Sunday to Thursday Nights 22:00pm-06:00am. Salary: £27,143.03 Nights (includes Depot Factor 0.90)

Job Description

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health & Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum of PPT experience is essential for this role.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
• Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future
• Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning
