Job summary

Prime-Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Maldon, Essex for a temporary, ad-hoc role. You will safely load and unload shipping containers, assist with packing and dispatch, and put stock away in the correct locations to keep the warehouse efficient.

The position requires reliability and the ability to work at a steady pace on-site, with full shifts from 8:30am to 5:30pm. On-site parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not essential.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are recruiting for aWarehouse Operative on a temporary, ad-hoc basis to join a busy and expanding warehouse team in Maldon, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work and enjoys hands-on work.

Duties of the Warehouse Operative:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload shipping containers
• Assist with packing, wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Put stock away in the correct warehouse locations
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Always follow all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

• Previous warehouse, logistics distribution and supply chain experience is preferred but not essential
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks and being on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in abusy environment
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
