Job summary

Prime Appointments are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their client in Witham, Essex. The role is an early shift on a temporary to permanent basis, offering long-term career prospects.

You will handle loading/unloading, picking and packing, stock checks, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse. Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience and ability to lift heavy loads are required; Saturday or Sunday work is included.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.

Hours: 06:30 – 15:30
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including either Saturday or Sunday

Due to continued business growth, our client is expanding their warehouse team and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join them on a fixed early shift. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries, including manual heavy lifting
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

• Able to work either Saturday or Sunday each week
• 5 days per week – will include working either a Saturday or Sunday
