About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role in ensuring orders are picked and packed efficiently for delivery. They champion customer service by effectively managing warehouse stock and understanding delivery timeframes.
Main Duties include:
- Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
- Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
- Processing customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
- Verifying stock quantities against the computer system and ensuring proper storage in designated bins
Working hours: 41 hours on average, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good team player
- Efficient work habits with attention to detail
- Understanding of customer service and deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry (desirable)
