Driver Hire in Lingfield is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established doors manufacturer. This temp-to-perm role offers regular weekday hours and a stable, hands-on working environment in a busy warehouse and yard.

You will assist with day-to-day operations, including loading and unloading deliveries, moving stock, keeping the area tidy, and supporting the team with daily tasks. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.

The Role

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the warehouse and yard, helping to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Keeping the warehouse and yard tidy, clean and organised
• Assisting with goods in and goods out
• Supporting the wider team with daily operational tasks

• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse or yard environment
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Organised, punctual and willing to learn
• Previous warehouse or yard experience would be beneficial but is not essential
