Job summary

Alliance Healthcare, part of Cencora, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join the Goods In team at LS11 0LR. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm, and totals 37.5 hours per week.

You will accurately receive, check and move stock to the correct locations, operate a VNA forklift, and maintain high health and safety standards.

Essential: forklift experience, high attention to detail, good communication, basic numeracy and literacy, and competent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a VNA Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.

• Record stock information accurately and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Prioritise critical and out-of-stock items on receipt.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across warehouse and loading bay areas.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and security procedures.
• Support the wider warehouse operation as required.

Warehouse Operative – Join Alliance Healthcare, part of Cencora, supporting one of Europe’s leading pharmaceutical wholesale distribution networks.

Location: LS11 0LR

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.53 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our Goods In team. You will play a vital role in ensuring all incoming stock is received accurately, checked thoroughly, and moved safely to the correct warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities

Important Information

This role involves regular manual handling activities, including lifting, carrying and bending, which are essential requirements of the position.
