Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Warehouse Operator for our manufacturing facility in Larkhall. The role involves operating pallet trucks, supplying materials to production, and moving goods between production areas and warehouse. You will contribute to efficient stock flow and uphold safety standards.

We offer full training, uniform, and a path to permanent employment, with enhanced overtime rates and a 12-hour Continental Shift Pattern (days and nights on a rotation).

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Reliable and flexible to work 12-hour day/night shifts.
• Experience or transferable skills from warehouse, manufacturing or logistics are welcome.

Warehouse Operator

Location: Larkhall

Pay: £15.00 per hour + enhanced overtime rates

Shift: 12-hour Continental Shift Pattern - 7 shifts over 14 days - Day Shift / Night Shift Rotation

We are recruiting Warehouse Operators to join a busy, modern manufacturing facility in Larkhall.

The Role:

• Operating pallet trucks and warehouse equipment
• Providing materials and equipment to production areas
• Relocating finished goods from production to the warehouse
• Supporting the smooth movement of stock and materials across the site
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Working to high standards of quality, safety and productivity

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics role OR transferable skills from another environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and flexible to work a mix of 12 hour day and night shifts
