Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Warehouse Operator for our manufacturing facility in Larkhall. The role involves operating pallet trucks, supplying materials to production, and moving goods between production areas and warehouse. You will contribute to efficient stock flow and uphold safety standards.

We offer full training, uniform, and a path to permanent employment, with enhanced overtime rates and a 12-hour Continental Shift Pattern (days and nights on a rotation).

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Reliable and flexible to work 12-hour day/night shifts.
• Experience or transferable skills from warehouse, manufacturing or logistics are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Provide materials and equipment to production areas.
• Move finished goods from production to warehouse.
• Support smooth movement of stock and materials across the site.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
• Work to high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
