Job summary

THG is seeking a capable warehouse operative at our Lancashire site to support daily picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders. You will help maintain clean, well-organised spaces and assist stock control and material handling tasks as part of a busy logistics team.

FLT licence holders and those with previous warehouse experience will thrive here, contributing to efficient operations while complying with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Supporting stock control and material handling activities

FLT (Forklift Truck) Duties:

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving and storing goods within warehouse racking systems
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Completing all associated paperwork and system transactions accurately FLT licence (Forklift Truck) (Warehouse Only)
• Ability to demonstrate competency in machine operation after training period
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Physically capable of handling manual tasks
• Basic numeracy and literacy for completing documentation
• Team-oriented with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Experience operating production machinery (e.g. tableting, capsule, or mixing equipment)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Familiarity with warehouse or production systems
