ProCook is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester.

As a Warehouse Operative at ProCook, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, stacking, and goods-in operations, ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are currently looking to fill 2 positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your assigned area, your daily tasks may include:

• Picking customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners
• Packing items carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Stacking and sorting goods within the warehouse and preparing shipments
• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles and supporting goods-in operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Working to KPIs and deadlines while supporting your team to achieve shared goals

Training will be provided, and you'll be supported by our experienced team every step of the way.

Shift Pattern & Hours

Our warehouse operates 7 days a week, with a 2-week rolling shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday from 8am to 8pm
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 8pm

This schedule means you will work every other weekend and have some weekdays off. Over a month, you will work 2 full weekends with 2 weekends off.

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment (training provided if not)
• Confidence using handheld scanners and working to targets
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• A strong team ethic and reliability
• Physical stamina for manual handling and long shifts on your feet
