Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operator in Leominster

Our client, a respected national leader in the industrial sector, is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join their expanding team in Leominster. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with basic administrative and support tasks, ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse and active workday.

• Location: Leominster
• Hours: 07:30–16:00 (rotating to 08:00–16:30)
• Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour
• Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the remote location

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations: Picking, packing, processing small parcel deliveries, loading/unloading goods, organizing stock, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
2. Stock Management: Conducting regular stock counts, updating records, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels.
3. Site Duties & Physical Work: Moving goods around the site, maintaining tidy work areas, and assisting with general upkeep of the premises.
4. Reception & Admin Support: Occasionally covering front desk duties, answering phones, handling emails, and supporting basic office admin tasks as needed.
5. Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with colleagues across departments, assisting with internal deliveries, and helping team members with ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications & Skills

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general office software for admin tasks and record-keeping.
• Hands-On Attitude: Proactive approach and willingness to engage in both physical and administrative tasks.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Physically Capable: Able to carry out manual work and move across the site as required.
• Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence to perform duties across the site.
