Job summary

Müller is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at the Glasgow Depot to manually pack milk into trolleys, move and empty them in the Chill, and perform related duties in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are 5 on 2 off, night hours 22:30–07:00, with base rate £13.17/hr and overtime £19.75/hr. This full-time/permanent role offers benefits and opportunities for training at the Glasgow site.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive thinking and self-motivation with ability to work in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Rotate stock and check date codes.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and PMS.
• Maintain quality control to meet customer and product standards.
• Uphold hygiene and environmental standards (clean as you go).
• Operate equipment efficiently to meet required output.
• Replenish materials as needed.
• Support and deliver job-related training to colleagues.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the department.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at our Glasgow Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys and move and empty them across the Chill. Working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.

• Contract – Full Time / Permanent & 4monthFTC
• Location - Glasgow Depot - G32 8EY
• Shifts – 5on 2off - Nightshift - 22:30 – 07:00
• Rate of Pay –
  • Base rate: £13.17 per hour (£19.75 per hour for overtime)
