Job summary

Tennial Personnel Ltd is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Felixstowe. Roles are temporary-to-permanent with a 12-week probation and a pathway to a permanent position. Shifts run 8:00–16:30 and 16:30–01:00, with one week of day shift training before starting nights.

Operatives will drive an MLOP, assist with picking and general warehouse tasks, and help maintain a safe, organized storage area while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Job description

Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for skilled and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team in Felixstowe on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role after a 12-week probation period.

This role operates on a Monday to Friday shift pattern:

8am to 4:30pm

4:30pm to 1am - Will need 1 week training on day shifts before you start on nights

All roles require the willingness to be trained and upskilled onto a MLOP (Medium Level Order Picker).

The position involves operating an MLOP for various warehouse tasks and supporting general warehouse operations. We are looking for a safety-conscious, proactive individual who can handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a MLOP to transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock picking, loading, unloading, and product organisation.
• Ensure goods are stored properly to prevent damage and maintain an organised storage area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Support inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
