Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives/Assembly Operatives to join a busy team in Farnborough. Pay is £12.71 per hour with Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, and the role is temporary to permanent with full training provided.

Ideal candidates may have production or assembly experience, but training will be provided for the right person. The job involves assembling, following instructions, performing quality checks, and working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

Production Operative / Assembly Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or assembly experience, although full training will be provided for the right person.

The Role

As a Production/Assembly Operative, your duties will include:

• Assembling products and components accurately and efficiently.

• Following production instructions and procedures.

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
