Rentokil Initial is seeking a Warehouse/Service Support Operative at the Fareham branch. You will support the Service Manager to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely with colleagues to maintain an efficient operation.

No prior experience required as thorough training is provided. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (40 hours) with potential to work up to 48 hours, offering overtime opportunities and a competitive package.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customer stocks for route delivery.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Work with drivers and management to prepare stocks for delivery.
• Pack, sort and segregate mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other customer stocks.
• Organise the work area to ensure an efficient service centre.
• Meet customer service expectations.

The Warehouse Operative Role

In this role, you will support the Service Manager to ensure the service in our Warehouse runs smoothly. Based in the Fareham branch, you will be working with your colleagues to create an efficient and safe environment throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing customer stocks for route delivery
• Assisting our drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles
• Working closely with drivers and management to ensure customer stocks are prepared for delivery
• Completing daily tasks such as packing, sorting and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other customer stocks
• Organising work area to ensure that the service centre is efficient and effective
• Focussing on meeting customer service expectations

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Organised, self-motivated and reliable
• Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive 'can do' attitude
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
