Job summary

Agile Retail, Doncaster-based, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. You will receive, check, stock, pick, pack and dispatch goods, ensuring accuracy and safety. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, with a salary of £14 per hour and a quarterly bonus.

Training is provided, and you’ll work with a friendly, energetic team in a thriving business. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high housekeeping standards, report discrepancies promptly, and

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries.
• Put stock away accurately using warehouse processes and locations.
• Pick and pack customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare stock for dispatch, ensuring orders are completed on time.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment with training provided.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages or operational issues promptly.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

The Warehouse Operative Role:

You'll play a key part in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products move efficiently through the warehouse whilst maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy, safety and service.
