Job summary

Morrisons is hiring a Manufacturing Operative - Warehouse on our busy site to handle inventory, software and warehouse functions, ensuring deliveries are documented and distributed accurately to customers.

You will perform picking, loading and unloading of products, complete related admin tasks, and work to maintain strong lines of communication between Manufacturing and Logistics. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or food handling is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained for various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory and warehouse tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, load and unload products for distribution.
• Complete related admin tasks and maintain communication with Manufacturing and Logistics.

As a Manufacturing Operative - Warehouse you'll join our busy, fast paced manufacturing site completing inventory, software and warehouse functions to ensure all deliveries are documented. Making sure our products are in the right location, you'll ensure deliveries are distributed in full and on time to our customers.

As well as completing operational tasks such as picking, loading and unloading different types of product, you'll complete related administration tasks and maintain a good working relationship between Manufacturing and Logistics. We'll train you on a variety of tasks to make sure you're ready to provide top quality products our customers love.

More about you

You’ll be the kind of person who:

• May have previous manufacturing and food handling experience (however full training will be given if not)
• Would enjoy working in a fast paced physical manufacturing environment distributing quality, food safe products for customers
• Feels comfortable working in a warehouse environment which can be dusty and noisy, with varied temperatures
