Morrisons is seeking a Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine to join our production team. You will run the production line, perform system set ups and calibrations to meet orders, and work to maximise equipment effectiveness while reducing waste and downtime.

The role is based in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where safety, hygiene and teamwork are essential to delivering quality products to customers.

• Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well as part of a team and stays physically active.
• Can maintain concentration through repetitive tasks.
• Open to working in varying temperatures.

More About The Role

As Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine you'll work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. It's fast paced, high volume and demanding; but rewarding knowing that you're part of a team contributing to a quality product being delivered for our customers.

You will run the production line, conduct system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.
