About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role within the team by ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They champion customer service through efficient stock management and understand the importance of meeting delivery timeframes.

Main Duties Include

1. Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
2. Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
3. Inspecting customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
4. Verifying stock quantities against the computer system and ensuring proper storage in designated locations

Working Hours

Average of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Efficient work habits with keen attention to detail
• Understanding of customer service and meeting deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry is desirable
