Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best-known brands in the UK.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll work in our busy operations department (full training provided). You’ll work 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off day shift, 07:00–19:00. In return, we offer a competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, you will ensure that our products are accurately picked and dispatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team, and your main responsibilities will include:

• Working in a chilled environment (1-4°C)
• Moving pallets around the warehouse safely using a hand pump truck
• Manual order picking with MHE trucks and RF guns
• Performing various warehouse tasks
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Stock movement and rotation in the fridge

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Basic IT skills
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• Interest or previous experience in warehousing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
