Job summary

Fusion Utilities in Colchester is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will pick and pack items for delivery, work to KPIs on picking accuracy, and ensure health and safety compliance in the warehouse.

This full-time role runs 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.00am–5.00pm, with benefits including annual leave, a pension matched up to 9%, potential bonuses, and access to discounts, healthcare, YuLife app and Cycle to Work.

• Forklift licence is desirable.

As an Operations Assistant based in Colchester you’ll be responsible for:

• Picking and packing items ready for delivery
• Working to KPIs around picking and accuracy
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times

Assisting the drivers loading and unloading in the yard

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5.00pm
