Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Warehouse Operative for Colchester. You will pick and pack items for delivery, hit KPIs on picking accuracy, and keep the warehouse compliant with health and safety standards. The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with benefits and bonus potential.

As an Operations Assistant based in Colchester you’ll be responsible for:

• Picking and packing items ready for delivery
• Working to KPIs around picking and accuracy
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times

Assisting the drivers loading and unloading in the yard

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5.00pm
