Job summary

Harrods Knightsbridge is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our distribution team. You will receive, scan and deliver stock, process picks, replenish stock, transport totes and pallets, and help maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

You will work varied shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, Sunday to Sunday, 5 days over 7, supported by a Team Leader. Previous warehouse experience welcomed but training is provided to build a career with Harrods, a world‑leading luxury department

Qualifications

• Good numerical, literacy and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management are essential.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution is helpful but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan and deliver stock accurately and on time.
• Process warehouse picks efficiently.
• Replenish stock across the store as required.
• Transport totes, cages, garment rails and pallets with correct documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Flag any stock or data integrity issues to management.
• Support colleagues and assist with reasonable requests from managers.

Job description

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the distribution operation. This position works varied rotational shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, Sunday - Sunday, working 5 days over 7. Departments include: General Warehousing Food & Beverage Store Distribution Housekeeping Reporting to a Team Leader, you will:

• Receive, scan and deliver stock accurately and on time.
• Process warehouse picks efficiently.
• Replenish stock across the store as required.
• Transport totes, cages, garment rails and pallets with correct documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Flag any stock or data integrity issues to management.
• Support colleagues and assist with reasonable requests from managers.

You will be proactive, reliable and a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. With good numerical, literacy and communication skills, you will be confident in prioritising tasks and using your initiative to ensure deadlines are met.

You will:

• Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Be adaptable to changing demands and flexible in your approach to working hours and days.
• Be approachable, collaborative and able to build strong working relationships.
• Ideally have previous warehouse or distribution experience, although training will be provided.
