Job summary

Nature's Way Foods Ltd in Chichester is hiring a Warehouse Operative to keep goods moving, accurate, and safe in a fast-paced team.

You will load and unload vehicles, pick and pack orders, use pump trucks and forklifts, and help achieve KPI targets while rotating stock. The role features a 28-day rotating schedule with day and night shifts, working full-time on-site, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Shift Pattern

We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am).

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
• Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

We're after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You'll need:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• The ability to safely lift and move goods – this is a physical job
• Confidence using a pump truck
• A forklift licence is desirable (if not already qualified, you will be trained after probation
• You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)
