Staffing Match - Picker Packager Opportunities in Bury St. Edmunds

Staffing Match has exciting opportunities for picker packers working for our client based in Bury St. Edmunds, within a clean, modern, and spacious distribution centre. This role is ideal for individuals looking to progress in their career, upskill, learn new challenges, and become part of a team.

As part of the NHS Supply Chain, you'll play a vital role in supporting our health service by ensuring that millions of NHS patients receive the products they need promptly.

Job Responsibilities

• Picking and packing essential medical items
• Operating LLOP / MHE (full training provided)
• Working in other warehouse areas

Experience is not necessary as training will be provided. A willingness to learn, teamwork, and passion for the NHS are advantages. Good English skills are required to read orders and understand health & safety instructions.

Shift Details

• Rotating weeks, Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (£14.27/hour)
• Nights, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 (£16.42/hour)
• Overtime rate: £18.95 - £25.26

Note: This is a full-time role. Due to location, candidates must be able to get to the site as public transport is unavailable. This position offers long-term employment with opportunities for progression. Temp to perm for the right candidate. No students please.

The site features a large canteen, parking facilities, and hosts regular engagement events such as BBQs and charity cake sales for the East of England Children's Hospice.
