Job summary

Fold Hill Foods Ltd in Old Leake, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support stock handling, order fulfilment and safe warehouse operations. The role offers full-time, on-site work within a growing family-owned business renowned for sustainability and quality.

You will join a three-shift rotation (days, afternoons, nights) with hours: Week 1 Days 6am-2pm; Week 2 Afternoons 2pm-10pm; Week 3 Nights 10pm-6am. Starting pay is £14.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Forklift, counterbalance or reach truck licence/certification required or beneficial.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Organising and maintaining stock levels in the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment.
• Work with the team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Support sustainability by reducing waste and using resources efficiently.

Your Role as a Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You'll be responsible for handling stock, fulfilling orders, and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Organising and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains a clean, safe, and organised environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of resources and waste reduction.
• Counterbalance or Reach truck experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided to the right candidate.

This role is a -3 shift position,on the following rotation;

Week 1 - Days (Monday to Friday 6am-2pm)

Week 2 - Afternoons (Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm)

Week 3 - Nights (Monday to Friday 10pm-6am)
