Job summary

Warburtons is recruiting a Warehouse Team Member for our Bognor Regis distribution operation. You will help ensure products are ready for customers across the UK, with picking, loading and dispatch tasks aligned to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

As part of the team, you’ll handle shift paperwork, stock records and basic admin tasks, while supporting new starters and championing health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Comfortable with admin tasks and systems (training provided).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A team player who thrives on getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching.
• Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks.
• Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.
