Job summary

Warburtons Eastwood bakery in the East Midlands is recruiting a Team Member to join our 24/7 production operation. You’ll rotate across production lines, hygiene, and warehouse tasks, helping to maintain the high quality and efficiency our customers expect.

You will be part of a friendly shift team, embracing change, supporting health and safety, and contributing to continuous improvement across manufacturing and distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG.
• Ability to work safely and consider others' safety.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality and health & safety.
• Adaptable to change and able to undertake varied tasks across site.
• Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple departments to support production and hygiene.

Our Eastwood bakery is in the heart of the East Midlands with easy access links to the M1 near Nottingham and Derby; we're proud of our heritage and have over 300 colleagues who work a variety of shifts within Manufacturing and Distribution producing over 5,000 bread rolls and 24,000 crumpets per hour!

With the latest innovation and offering a wide variety of freshly baked products daily, the site operates 363 days of the year 24/7 to manufacture and distribute to our retail stores and customers across the East Midlands.
