Job summary

Sally Europe seeks a Warehouse Operative for our Blackburn Distribution Centre. You will play a hands-on role in receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders to stores and customers, maintaining accuracy and productivity in a busy environment.

You will work as part of a dedicated warehouse team, following safety procedures and using our WMS and equipment to meet daily targets. Prior experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability are key.

• Checking work and reporting discrepancies or damage.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Following Health & Safety procedures and site guidelines.
• Collaborating with Team Leader and colleagues to achieve the daily plan.
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods and adapting to priorities.

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Distribution Centre in Blackburn, helping us make sure our stores and customers receive the right products, at the right time.

This is an active, fast-paced role where you'll work as part of the wider warehouse team to achieve daily targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity and safety.

What you'll be doing
