Job summary

ctrg is hiring a Warehouse Operative at Marston Gate (MK43 0ZY). This full-time role offers a stable, clean environment with full training and an immediate start for candidates willing to work 14:00–22:00, five days a week.

Basic pay is £13.10 per hour with overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours, plus paid breaks and potential for a permanent position. You will pick and pack, load/unload, move and palletise goods, and help maintain accurate records in a friendly, supportive team.
