Job summary

Pertemps Banbury is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a jewellery company in Banbury. The fixed early shift runs 06:00–14:00, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with some Saturday overtime during peak periods, and work is in a warm, exceptionally clean environment.

You will pick orders, match product codes, pack jewellery for dispatch, and check for damage or presentation issues, while keeping your area tidy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English, follow written instructions and understand order sheets.
• Good basic numeracy and strong attention to detail.
• A reliable approach and care when handling small items.
• Availability to work the fixed early shift, Monday to Friday.
• No holidays booked for the run up to Christmas

Looking for warehouse work in an exceptionally clean, warm environment with a fixed morning shift? Pertemps Banbury is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a jewellery company during its busy peak period.

The role

• Picking orders accurately against order sheets.
• Matching product codes and checking quantities.
• Carefully packing jewellery and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking products and packaging for damage or presentation issues.
• Keeping your work area clean and organised.

What we're looking for

Hours and assignment

• Fixed hours of 06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday.
• 37.5 paid hours per week, with a 30 - minute unpaid break each day.
• Some Saturday overtime available during busier periods.
• Starts available throughout the peak recruitment period.
• Work guaranteed through to the end of December 2026, with possible extensions into 2027, although these are not guaranteed.
