Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location:

Banbury, OX16

Salary:

£12.21 per hour

Hours:

Rotational shifts: 7am - 3pm and 2pm - 10pm. Must be flexible to rotate shifts.

Job Type:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday / Temporary to Permanent

About the Role:

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment? We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading global supply chain company that offers innovative logistics solutions across industries such as automotive, defence, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and unloading deliveries, checking stock for accuracy
2. Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
3. Using warehouse management systems to record stock movements
4. Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
5. Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained)
6. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
7. Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements:

1. Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
2. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
