We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operative for our EMEA Distribution Centre. As a valued team member, responsibilities include picking, assembling, packing, and shipping product orders, ensuring service levels are exceeded daily for all customers across the EMEA region.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Addlestone.

Main Accountabilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders within service levels.
  • Ensure all orders are packaged appropriately, meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Dispatch orders with correct parts and quantities; complete all product documentation accurately and in compliance.
  • Use mobile devices to pick all orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Support monitoring stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy, and report discrepancies.
  • Proactively raise quality defects and inaccuracies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Store stock properly, especially sterile parts and electromagnetic sensitive items.
  • Maintain warehouse tidiness and support health and safety initiatives.
