Norty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Executive for its Livingston site. This on-site role is full time with a salary of £28,000 per year. You will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, pick and pack samples, coordinate deliveries, stock checks, and support the Facilities Manager as needed.

You'll need a full UK driving licence (FLT licence preferred) and comfort with driving the company van for collections and transfers between sites. On-site parking and cycle-to-work options are available.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence required.
• FLT operator licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Carry out picking, packing and dispatch of samples and orders.
• Support senior colleagues with planned warehouse activity across the business.
• Assist with equipment relocations, event setup and facilities-led tasks as required.
• Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate records.
• Receive and process inbound deliveries and ensure items are stored properly.
• Ensure external deliveries are accounted for and delivered to the relevant department.
• Update admin information and assist planning of daily warehouse activity.
• Support stock movements for exhibitions, events and projects.
• Drive the company van for collections and transfers between premises.
• Identify and help implement process improvements in warehouse operations.
• Act as office keyholder during holidays or absences.
