Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a warehouse operative to support multiple channels by handling incoming and outgoing stock at Wembley. You will unload, load, record deliveries, move stock and assemble orders while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role involves heavy lifting and a 37.5-hour week from Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. As part of a large, employee-owned business, you’ll join a culture focused on service, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and colleagues (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load stock safely and accurately record deliveries.
• Move stock within the warehouse to support orders and deliveries.
• Ensure stock is presented in good condition for customers.
• Promote safe working practices and health & safety responsibilities.
