This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, managing personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety standards during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse environment and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse night shift operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Manage, lead, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, team leads, and supervisors to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing regular performance reports and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with day shift management to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency through lean initiatives and best practices.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet delivery deadlines and service level agreements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
