Role Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse, distribution, and maintenance activities in line with DHL policies and vision, monitoring effectiveness, performance, and productivity, with a focus on safety and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate daily operations of direct reports, ensuring schedules, regulations, records, and practices comply with company policies and UK legislation, while maintaining high standards of health & safety.
• Review and improve warehouse policies, procedures, and systems to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Lead operations and manage budgets to ensure safety, efficiency, and achievement of operational standards and customer SLAs.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager, especially in fast-paced environments like Ecommerce.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team of over 100 colleagues, promoting high performance and a culture of excellence.
• Ability to adapt and innovate, with experience in start-ups and change management.
• Expertise in budget management to maintain operational efficiency and meet financial targets.
