Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for a fast-paced London/Wembley distribution centre. You will lead day and night shifts, own KPIs, drive continuous improvement and ensure safety, accuracy and high service levels across inventory, goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will develop teams, optimise processes and report performance to senior leadership. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Excel and WMS skills, and a proven track record managing large multi-shift

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager in a distribution/logistics environment.
• Experience managing multi-shift warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management.
• Ability to lead large teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day and night warehouse operations across the distribution centre.
• Oversee goods-in, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Drive efficiency, productivity and order accuracy.
• Manage inventory controls and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Own warehouse KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
