Bidfood UK in Chepstow is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Chepstow warehouse. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance and safety, and develop a high-performing team across multiple shifts.

You'll manage large teams in a fast-moving logistics environment, deliver KPI targets, balance costs with service quality, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

• Ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse performance across shifts.
• Coach and develop Warehouse Managers and teams.
• Drive productivity and service KPI targets using data.
• Balance labour, resources and costs to meet demand.
• Promote health, safety, quality and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with Transport, Customer Service and Depot leadership.
