Job summary

Brakes in Grantham is seeking a Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our UK foodservice team. You will be the key link between warehouse operatives and our systems, ensuring orders are picked correctly, stock is replenished and invoices are processed.

The role requires strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS).
• Ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues.
• Ability to build relationships with all kinds of people.
• Ideally experience in a similar warehouse admin role, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are correctly sent for picking.
• Replenish stock and keep depot teams informed.
• Process invoices and ensure paperwork is accurate.

As a Warehouse Operations Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep the warehouse moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our warehouse operatives and our systems – making sure customer orders are correctly sent for picking, stock is replenished, depot teams are kept informed, invoices are processed, and paperwork is accurate. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
