Job summary

Brakes, part of Sysco, is recruiting in Grantham for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our Supply Chain & Operations team.

You’ll be the key link between warehouse operatives and our systems, ensuring customer orders are correctly sent for picking, stock is replenished, invoices are processed and paperwork remains accurate. Deadlines are tight but the role offers variety and growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS).
• Ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues.
• Ability to build relationships with all kinds of people.
• Ideally, experience in a similar warehouse admin role, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are correctly sent for picking.
• Stock is replenished and depot teams are kept informed.
• Invoices are processed and paperwork is accurate.
• Meet tight deadlines in a dynamic warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operations Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep the warehouse moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our warehouse operatives and our systems – making sure customer orders are correctly sent for picking, stock is replenished, depot teams are kept informed, invoices are processed, and paperwork is accurate. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

What you bring to the mix

A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail, you have everything it takes to succeed:

significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS)
