Pertemps Glasgow Perm Hub is recruiting for a Chilled Voice Picker role in Glasgow. You will work in a busy warehouse environment using a headset to follow voice-picking instructions and prepare orders for dispatch in a chilled setting.

Full training is provided. Previous voice-picking experience helps, but reliability and willingness to learn are key. Shifts run 2pm–10pm, five days out of seven, with ongoing daily shifts available.

• Handling products carefully to minimise damage.
• Following all warehouse procedures, health & safety rules and site instructions.
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Working towards expected productivity and accuracy targets.
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Following instructions from supervisors and warehouse management.
• Being flexible and willing to support other warehouse duties when required.

This Warehouse Op role in Glasgow with Pertemps Glasgow Perm Hub is a full-time, temporary position paying £13.65 per hour. Working as a chilled voice picker at Gist on Westfield Industrial Estate, the successful candidate will use a headset system to receive and follow picking instructions, gather products accurately and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Comfort working in cooler temperatures is essential, alongside reliability, attention to detail and the ability to keep pace with daily targets. Shifts are available on an ongoing basis, making this suitable for those seeking steady hours within a warehouse team. Prior picking experience is helpful but a willingness to learn the voice system matters most. Chilled Voice Pickers – Gist in Unit 1 Westfield Industrial Estate We are currently recruiting Chilled Voice Pickers for a busy warehouse environment in Wardrobe, Westfield Industrial Estate. This is an ongoing position with daily shifts available.

The Role

Shift Start Times

A range of start times are available: 2pm- 10pm. You will be required to work 5 days over 7, including weekends where required.

Pay Rates

Day Shifts: £13.65 per hour.

Training

Full training will be provided, including 1-to-1 training, so previous voice-picking experience is not essential. Previous warehouse or picking experience is an advantage, but we welcome applicants who are reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
