Job summary

Pertemps Glasgow Perm Hub seeks a Warehouse Op for a Cumbernauld site. The role is full-time, temporary with shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to midnight. You will operate a voice-picking headset to gather chilled goods, assemble orders, and prepare items for dispatch.

Training is provided and previous experience is not required. You will work five days out of seven in a busy chilled warehouse, with a Christmas bonus and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• No previous voice-picking experience required; full training provided.
• Comfortable working in chilled/cooler temperatures.
• Reliable with good teamwork and communication.
• Willing to work five days over seven on late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking headset to receive and complete picking instructions.
• Pick products accurately from the warehouse and prepare for dispatch.
• Build customer orders with correct items and quantities.
• Check orders for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Move picked goods safely within the warehouse.
• Handle products carefully to minimise damage.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, health & safety rules and site instructions.
• Keep work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Work as part of a team to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Be flexible and support other warehouse duties when required.
